I like this. A little repetitive, but the simplicity makes it damn addictive. The epileptic seizure possibilities in levels 61-100 were fun to think about.

Seriously, you don't make screamers that obvious. And you definitely don't warn people with a mature rating beforehand. The image and scream were pretty lame too. I gave it an 8 for humour because of the weird method you used to try to capture our attention before the scream.

Next screamer you make... actually, don't make another one, or at least don't put it on NG. I don't think people like them here, it seems to be seen as a form of spamming or trolling.
